Ingredients

pounds
Ground beef
(Mom uses chuck, I use 90/10 because I can't find ground chuck locally any more)

packets
Lipton Onion Soup mix
2
Tsp
Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
1-1/2
cups
Panko bread crumbs
(plain, flavored, whatever works for you)

Large eggs
1/2
cup
Beef broth or water
1/2
cup
Heinz 57 sauce
1/4
cup
Additional Heinz 57 or ketchup
(for the top)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients except the topping sauce well
Shape into a loaf form in a baking pan (9x13x2 or slightly larger)
Spread topping sauce over loaf
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes (a bit longer if you went taller than about 2" when forming your loaf)
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
